Crispy-cornflakes-chicken burger
Hello everybody!:)
Today I want to show you a burger which especially the chicken fans will love: the ultimative crispy-cornflakes chicken burger!!! What is so special about it? The fact that the panade of the chicken is made out of cornflakes!:)
All you need is: - burger bread
- lettuce
- 1 tomato
- 70 grams of chicken filet
- mayonnaise
- cornflakes
- 1 egg
- flour
First step: Take a soup plate, fill it with flour and crumb the raw chicken filet with the flour. The flour helps to keep the egg on it which follows in the next step.
Second step: Take a second soup plate and put the raw egg in it. Mix it and
dip the chicken filet in it.
Third step: Dip the chicken filet in a bowl filled with cornflakes until there are cornflakes everywhere on the filet.
Fourth step: Put the chicken filet on baking paper and cook it in a convection oven for about 20 minutes at 200 °C .
Last step: Creating the burger:). Therefore put mayonnaise on the burger bread and place the hot chicken filet on it. Put lettuce, two slices of tomatoe and a second coat of mayonnaise above it.
That's it!!!!!:) And it tastes wonderful with the crunchy cornflakes!!!

AntwortenLöschenI do rellay enjoy reading your blog and my mouth is watering watching all these delicious burgers. This one is one of my favorites because it reminds me of the Crispy Chicken of Burger King which I really like :-)
I also like how you decorate the plates because for as they say "a feast for the eye". So I am very excited to see which other burgers you will create in the next time.
